18 U.S.C. 2257 statement

Every visual depiction on Botchelor, including every picture and video in After Dark, is wholly generated by artificial intelligence. None of them depicts an actual human being: no real person was photographed, filmed or recorded to make them, and none is made from or edited from a picture of a real person. Users can't upload pictures or video.

The record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75, apply to depictions of actual human beings. Because no such depictions appear on Botchelor, no records are required to be kept under those provisions.

Every character on Botchelor is a fictional adult, aged 18 or older. Our content policy forbids anything that suggests a minor, and every After Dark picture and video is checked by an automated classifier before it's stored or shown.
